  • We act as IOR (Importer of Record) in Canada, Europe, Singapore and Hong Kong. This means the buyer does not have to be involved in the import process in anyway. It is therefore super easy for buyers to buy plants.
  • With Dragon, there are no tax or duties for the receiver to pay in any market, including Canada, USA, Singapore and Europe.
  • Deliveries are door to door with no hassle.
  • Our service will promote the buying of plants from Thailand by ensuring a smooth and happy experience for your customer.
     
    No import license is required for customers for Canada (we will use our license).
     
    USDA current regulatory statement for importation of live plants into the USA : “Sending 12 or fewer articles of admissible plants to the USA, that have no special restrictions, an import permit is not required.”
     
    Dragon helps to monitor and manage the transit to destination, which includes the customs clearance.
  • For most markets our service requires a lower number of Phytosanitary documents compared to EMS or Thai Post.

 

  • We provide tracking from Bangkok to the customer’s door.

 

  • When customers are unable to pick up a shipment, shipments are sent back to the Destination Hub (our overseas office) rather than back to Thailand via Post; which makes resending and organizing a second delivery very smooth for your customer, as well as cheaper than resending from Thailand.

 

  • Changes of address can take place (unlike EMS / Thai Post) after a delivery has been sent, but extra charges apply.

We have faster transit times than postal solutions, as we use Express services for our shipments.

There is no limit as to what you can send. You can send however many packages you want at whatever volume you want.

We do not send liquids.
